Method · Full transparency
This is not a black box. Here is exactly how your role is determined.
Most quizzes ask you to trust a result they won't explain. We publish the entire method — every question, every weight, every formula — because a purpose revelation you can't audit is just a horoscope with better fonts. Read this page, then decide if the result deserves your $11.11.
The shape of the inquiry
The inquiry is a nine-step passage: a grounding pause, seven gates of resonance, one gate of behavioral evidence, then the revelation. It takes most people 12–20 unhurried minutes, it's free to walk end to end, and nothing is charged until you choose to reveal the result.
The pause (Gate 0)
One honest slider: how aligned does your life feel right now, 1–10? This seeds your alignment baseline. It deliberately has almost no influence on which role emerges — where you are today is not who you are.
Resonance (Gates 1–6)
Life patterns, natural gifts, what feeds and drains your energy, how you instinctively serve, where your shadow lives, and which embodied step you'd actually take. Every option quietly feeds two or three of ten inner dimensions — Source, Body, Structure, Sovereignty, Heart, Creation, Wisdom, Discernment, Transformation, Community.
Reflection (Gate 7)
One open question: "What does my soul most want me to know right now?" Your words are kept with your result — and never scored. Some things shouldn't be turned into numbers.
Evidence (Gate 8)
Five questions about what you actually do — in group confusion, in crisis, when starting from zero, what people repeatedly ask you for. Each answer maps directly to roles. This is where behavior outranks self-image.
The revelation
Your primary and secondary role, purpose statement, shadow pattern to watch, a daily practice, a 7-day action, and your Current Integration stage. This is the only paid moment — and only if you want it kept.
The fairness problem we engineered out
Here's the flaw almost every archetype quiz has, and the one we found in our own first version: dimensions don't appear equally across questions. In our content, Heart-flavored options offer up to 77.5 possible points while Transformation offers only 47.5 — so heart-heavy roles won by structural accident, not truth. Early versions drifted almost everyone toward Healer or Weaver.
The fix is called exposure normalization: your raw score in each dimension is divided by the maximum that dimension could possibly earn, producing a 0–100 affinity. A role can no longer win just because its dimensions show up in more answer options. The math recalculates live from the actual question content, so it stays fair even as questions evolve.
Behavior outranks self-image
Resonance tells us what you're drawn to. Evidence tells us what you do. The final gate awards direct role points — a decisive amount, roughly a fifth of the maximum resonance signal — for behavioral answers:
- An answer pointing to a single role: +25 to that role.
- An answer shared between two roles: +15 to each.
- Coverage guarantee: every one of the ten roles appears in exactly two solo answers and one paired answer across the five questions. No role is structurally favored — we unit-test this invariant on every release.
The result: consistent behavioral evidence can override a mild resonance lean — by design. Many people who feel like Healers discover they're Stewards or Guardians once their actual first moves are weighed. That surprise is the inquiry working, not failing.
What "Current Integration" actually measures
Alongside your role you receive a Current Integration reading — a stage (Emerging → Activating → Integrating → Embodying → Expressing) with a percentage behind it. It is not a grade or a measure of spiritual worth. It compares the sum of all ten dimensions against a world where every dimension is as strong as your strongest one — in other words, it measures how consistently your current patterns support the role. Even strongly-defined profiles typically land mid-range: a lower reading identifies qualities that are ready to be developed, not deficiencies. It's a compass, not a report card.
Why the result explains itself
Your revelation shows two separate forms of evidence, side by side: the behavioral answers that credited your role (what you said you repeatedly do), and the role's three core dimension affinities in your profile. It also shows your strongest energies overall — which can legitimately differ from the role's core dimensions, and the result says so explicitly. And when two roles finish within a hair of each other (Bridge and Weaver are famous for this), the result names both instead of pretending the runner-up wasn't there.
